Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement.

Your business logo will be displayed on a static advertisement on ptaweb.co.za for free, provided your hosting is done through ptaweb.co.za, for a period of at least 12 months.

2. Financial Arrangements.

The Client requests Provider, (Pretoria Web) and Provider agrees to perform the following services within the indicated duration and fees:

Domain name renewal, 1 year, from agreement date, R75.00 annualy.
Web Hosting (Basic Hosting) R75.00 per month.

There is no refund for domain name renewal/registration after payment has been made. Client is required to provide thirty days advance notice for account cancellation.

This Agreement shall take effect on the date stated above, and shall remain in effect until all obligations under this Agreement have been properly completed.

3. Technical Support. During the term of this Agreement, Provider is responsible for:

(i) responding to technical queries from Client regarding use of service within one working day;
(ii) delivering important notices / advisory (if any) regarding critical disk space usage, server maintenance and downtimes.

4. Service Use.

Provider’s services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any country and international trade law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material considered threatening or obscene, unlicensed software or files, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Provider from any claims resulting from the Client’s use of the service.

Provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if Client is found to engage in any conduct or activities that Provider in its sole discretion believes in violation of any of the terms and conditions in this agreement. Provider shall have no responsibility to notify any third-party providers of services, merchandise, or information, nor any responsibility for any consequences resulting from such discontinuance or lack of notification.

Use of the service is at Client’s sole risk. Provider is not responsible for files and data residing on Client’s account. Client agrees to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate back up of files and data stored on Provider’s servers.

5. Termination.

This Agreement may be terminated by any of the parties at any time by submitting Calendar month written notice stating reasons for such action. However, no termination notice must be submitted by any of the parties without first undergoing consultation where both parties must reach a mutual decision.
